I apply the same prices for both Personal Training and Sports Massage and weekly sessions can be made up of both.
Planned sessions can also be switched providing I am given enough notice prior to the session taking place.
The pricing structure is simple; the more sessions you buy per week the cheaper the price. Full details are provided in the table below. All nutritional guidance detailed on the Personal Training tab of the site is included in the price shown below.
I accept bank transfers, card payments and cash and sessions can be paid for on a monthly or weekly basis. All payments must be made in advance of sessions.
Please note: I apply the industry standard on cancellations whereby if you cancel within 24 hours of your session taking place the full fee will be charged. Cancellations outside this period can be rearranged at no extra cost.
