In addition to training plans I also offer my clients support with their nutrition and critically, their understanding of the food and drink they are consuming. This is complementary as part of my package of support and can include:

  • Macronutrient calculations (to establish the best types and proportions of foods to eat to help the client towards their goal).
  • A nutrition guide and macronutrient meal guide
  • Food diary analysis
