After a few years not exercising and gradually gaining weight I decided to get a grip and do something about it. I found Ian online and soon arranged a first session, it was so good that I straight away signed up for more. The sessions are fun and the perfect intensity – I always leave feeling like I’ve had a great workout and looking forward to the next one. Ian’s knowledge is excellent, he’s a great motivator and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
