I'm Ian Shore and I founded Bison Personal Fitness with a simple mission:

To support you on your fitness, health, and wellbeing journey. With over 10 years of professional experience and a wealth of personal knowledge, I offer more than just a service, I provide a partnership dedicated to helping you flourish and exceed your goals.

From my private gym and massage studio at my home in Unstone, Dronfield, I provide a calm and uninterrupted environment where you can focus entirely on your goals and wellbeing.

I came across Ian quite by chance last January whilst perusing "on-line" searching for a local to Dronfield physiotherapist/therapist. I am in my late 60's and following several recent significant health issues I had lost my general fitness, including my strength, and suffered local damage to some of my back/neck muscle and nerve functions. Ian, through his impressive knowledge and proven techniques applied over the last year, has restored much of my physical abilities and strengthened my general condition beyond expectation. I schedule a weekly one and half-hour session with him which, despite the physical exertion, I thoroughly look forward to and enjoy, especially the therapy treatment given after the demanding work-out. Ian is a kind, friendly and extremely competent personal trainer and I have no qualms about highly recommending him to potential new clients, including those who may be recovering from a specific injury or those just looking for a regular keeping fit and healthy programme designed by Ian taking into account their particular needs and abilities.
