Small Group Circuit Sessions: Cost-Effective Fitness & Expert Guidance

My small group circuit sessions typically run 3 to 4 times per week, providing an affordable way to boost your fitness while receiving personalised advice and guidance.

What I Offer:

Personalised Attention

Sessions last one hour and are capped at a maximum of five participants, ensuring you receive plenty of individual input and support during every workout.

Total Body Workouts

Sessions usually follow a circuit format with several stations. You spend one minute at each station. I ensure every major muscle group is targeted in each circuit for a comprehensive full-body workout.

Inclusive Environment

All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. If you need a modification, advice, or a quick breather, I am always on hand to assist you.

Easy Booking

Class administration and bookings are conveniently managed by me via a dedicated WhatsApp group.

Under 18’s

Are welcome to attend with an accompanying adult.

Loss of strength, sore joints, creaking knees were something I thought I had to endure during the menopause. After a few weekly sessions with Bison Personal Fitness my body changed. I am stronger. sore joints and creaking knees are a thing of the past. I was a complete novice and clueless about using weights plus feeling out of my comfort zone, but I need not have worried as Ian was very welcoming and gave excellent advice and instruction. Working under Ian’s tuition and meeting other like-minded people has given me more of a positive outlook, increased my self-esteem and motivation. I would definitely recommend anyone to book on and give it a go. I’m glad a took the plunge.
