My small group circuit sessions typically run 3 to 4 times per week, providing an affordable way to boost your fitness while receiving personalised advice and guidance.
What I Offer:
Personalised Attention
Sessions last one hour and are capped at a maximum of five participants, ensuring you receive plenty of individual input and support during every workout.
Total Body Workouts
Sessions usually follow a circuit format with several stations. You spend one minute at each station. I ensure every major muscle group is targeted in each circuit for a comprehensive full-body workout.
Inclusive Environment
All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. If you need a modification, advice, or a quick breather, I am always on hand to assist you.
Easy Booking
Class administration and bookings are conveniently managed by me via a dedicated WhatsApp group.
Under 18’s
Are welcome to attend with an accompanying adult.
