For clients who would like to train in a public gym environment, I recommend booking a small block of sessions (normally 5). The goal of these sessions is to build the knowledge and confidence necessary for you to train effectively and independently. You can expect:

- Complimentary Training Plans: Clients receive supporting gym-based training plans to facilitate independent workouts.
